For 2008 Waveriders School will be teaching Stand Up Paddlesurfing, the new "cool" sport for 2008. Based from the shop here in Hove we will be taking small groups / families of no more than 4 persons to one of our local beaches to teach you board, stance and paddle techniques to launch yourself into the exciting world of S.U.P.
Stand Up Paddle surfing is not only a great way to catch waves but also doubles as a core Fitness exercise that will extend your all over body tone plus sort those abdominal muscles out!
SUP lessons will be based over 2 hours at a cost of £55.00 per person and include all wet suits, life jackets, boards and paddles as required.
We have now published some new dates for 2008 so book early to guarantee your place or if there is a group of you then call in to arrange for a special group date.
