The Kitesurfing in Safaga is renowned as one of the best flat water spots in Egypt with consistant winds by many of our travelled kite surfers and ideal for advancing independent kite surfers.
Kriazi bay is a short 30 minute boat ride upwind from the centre. The beach is very wide and un crowded, the wind direction being off shore makes the sea is incredibly flat and the kitesurfing is a freestylers paradise. This is also the starting point for an epic 1 hour down winder back to port carving what can be 2 to 4ft swell.
Tobia Island is a classic spot and only a 10 minute boat ride from the centre. The island gives superb flat water conditions with the flanks getting larger swell from Kirazi bay.
Please note that Tobia Island is not always an available option as sometimes there are too many snorklers!
