Corralejo in the north of the island, about 45 mins from the airport, offers superb conditions at two main spots - Flag Beach and Cotillo.
The town has a selection of hotels, apartments and private villas with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Although the main strip is touristy, the older part of the town centred around the harbour and main square is attractive with some great little tapas bars. There is a small sandy beach right in town and a water park on the outskirts.
If you are staying in Corralejo you don't need a car (unless you want to explore the island yourself) and on no-wind days there are loads of other activities and excursions. All in all a great option with something that'll work for pretty much everyone.
We also offer the option of staying in Lajares which is a laid back village with a handful of surf shops and a couple of bars close to Cotillo. We have a selection of excellent villas and apartments with beautiful views for those looking for a really chilled holiday.
