The Kitesurfing in Cabarete delivers ideal conditions for those advancing and for the Waveriders amongst us. The outer reef protects the inside of Kite beach while kicking up clean, spaced out, 4ft to double mast high waves dependant on the time of year. The best way to explain it is as a giant kitesurfing, adventure play ground with miles of Caribbean sandy beaches with varying conditions from flat water to progressive waves, multi spot kitesurfing and of course the best after kite cuba libres (rum and coke) sessions.
Cabarete has two seasons and does get busy in the summer months however if you would like to have a change of scenery and kite less crowded spots then we can arrange for down winders to Encuentro or Kite Surfaris to some of the spots around Cabarete and along the north coast.
Dec to March the waves can reach double mast and the winds are less reliable but still deliver 60 to70% kiteable days and from May to August when the morning glass is more forgiving and the now reliable winds deliver constant 15 - 25 knots from 11am till sunset. Happy Days!
