Learn to kitesurf courses are run locally from Santa Maria bay but here the winds are very gusty and not ideal but any lengths. On Kite beach where there is a better cross on wind direction there is no centre support.
In brief Cape Verde isnt ideal to learn to kitesurf but is more for the independant rider that can water staret comfortably and is just starting to stay upwind.
