During the day Cape Verde is really about relaxing but for those with the inclination then diving, windsurfing, quad biking and surfing is all available. For the more adventurous most of the neighbouring islands are accessible and worth visiting. Speak to our reservations team for more details.
For lunch the Morabeza beach restaurant is very nice and serves light snacks to pasta and fish or maybe take a 5 minutes stroll and sit in the square in Santa Maria and take in the atmosphere and try the local speciality of Cachupa, a mix of maize and beans. Fruits are super tasty and include mangoes, bananas, papayas, goiabas (guavas), zimbrão, tambarinas, marmelos, azedinhas, tamaras and cocos. Beer, wine and local spirits are commonly available and punch is a popular beverage.
At night there are many great restarurants to choose from and a growing amount of bars qand clubs to frequent. Live music is also on the agenda and if you are lucky enough to have Tito Paris playing then for sure you must go.
