After a breakfast of fresh fruits, amazing juices and fresh coffee its time to check out the wind conditions and get on to the water. The wind blows all the time in Cumbuco so if you know that if you want to take a massage, a trip on a Jangada boat or a buggy ride over the dunes the wind will still be blowing for a late afternoon session.
Buggy Tours: A buggy tour of the stunning dunes at the back of Cumbuco is an amazing way to see the views and the crystal clear fresh water lakes. You can try sand boarding down near vertical dunes into the lakes. Tours are a fixed price and start with a 1-hour trip; longer more expensive tours are available.
Jangada Boat Rides: You can take ride out to sea on a traditional Jangada boat from the centre of the village, most of the Barracas have their own boats, the trip takes around 20minutes. The Jangada boats are the traditional boats used by the fishermen, you can still see them going out at Dawn and Dusk to fish, some of there fishing trips last for many days, spent out at sea with no protection from the elements.
